Pastor John Moses visited our church in June 2008.

He comes from South India and represents a Christian organization that is reaching out to evangelize Hindus and Muslims. They also provide care for street children orphans in their orphanage. They are also caring for widows and lepers. The children in their orphanage are fed and given basic medical care and sent to school. There are over 115 children in two orphanages. If you can provide $25 a month it will provide food, shelter, medical care and education to one of these orphans.

They also are engaged in training church planting Pastors and Bible women. These dear people live by faith and are winning about 100 souls each month to the Lord. We can help them by providing them with money to feed their families. $25 a month will go a long way to feed and provide the needs to one Pastor or Bible Woman.

The most important thing we can give them is prayer. I urge you to put their photo on your refrigerator or on your table, pray for them at meal time and in the evening. If you are sponsoring a pastor or child, consider fasting from a meal a week and donating the money you would have spent on that meal to them. At Christmas time, you can send a bit extra for a gift as well.
